How travellers review our walks
The verified traveller ratings on our public GuruWalk profile come from guests who booked through GuruWalk — the platform we have used since 2021. We do not write, edit, or moderate them. A WhatsApp or email reservation does not automatically send a GuruWalk review invitation or make that guest eligible to review there.

Methodology
How a review reaches you
- 01
A guest joins a walk
Guests may reserve on WhatsApp or by email from our tour pages, or book through GuruWalk. The walk itself is the same — same guides, same routes, same tip-based model.
- 02
GuruWalk reviews come from eligible GuruWalk bookings
Ratings on our GuruWalk profile come from guests who booked that walk through GuruWalk and are eligible under GuruWalk’s review rules. The review process is handled on GuruWalk; we do not see, filter, or block it. A direct WhatsApp or email reservation does not automatically send a GuruWalk review invitation.
- 03
The review is published on our public profile
Once submitted, the rating and written feedback appear on our public GuruWalk profile, where any traveller can read them.
- 04
We read every review and reply when appropriate
Reviews — including critical ones — help us improve. We reply to feedback directly on GuruWalk when a guest asks a question or raises a concern.
