Personal Introduction

My name is Huy, and I was born and raised in Hanoi. After recently graduating in Australia, I returned home to work as a local tour guide and share my city with travellers from around the world. Outside of guiding, I enjoy staying active through open-water swimming, gym training, yoga, and basketball. I love meeting new people and helping visitors experience a more authentic side of Hanoi.

Favourite Hanoi Food: Mỳ Gà Tần. Although I enjoy Bún Chả, Mỳ Gà Tần is my favourite Hanoi dish thanks to its comforting flavours and traditional northern Vietnamese character.
Favourite Place in Hanoi: The Red River area. Just outside the busy city centre, it offers fresher air, a more relaxed atmosphere, and a different perspective on Hanoi that many visitors never discover.
Favourite Local Experience: I enjoy discussing how Hanoi is changing and developing. The city is growing rapidly, and I love sharing insights into how Hanoi may evolve over the next ten years while still preserving its unique identity.
