SINGAPORE SLING
 
Put 4-6 of the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice and grenadine over the ice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms.
Place the remaining cracked ice cubes in a chilled highball glass and strain the cocktail over them. Top up with soda water and decorate with lime peel and cocktail cherries. Serve immediately.

SERVES 1

10-12 cracked ice cubes
2 measures gin
1 measure cherry brandy
1 measure lemon juice
1 tsp grenadine
soda water
lime peel and cocktail cherries,
to decorate
