MIXED FRUIT KEBABS
Cut the nectarine halves into wedges and place in a big shallow plate. Peel and quarter the kiwi fruit.
Cut the plums in half and remove the stones. Shred the mango flesh into chunks and add to the plate with the kiwi fruit, plums, bananas and strawberries.
Mix the honey and liqueur in a jug until well blended.
Put the mixture over the fruit and toss gently to coat. Cover with clingfilm and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the barbecue. Drain the fruit, reserving the marinade.
Thread the fruit onto pre-soaked wooden skewers and cook over medium-hot coals, turning and frequently brushing with the reserved marinade, for minutes. Serve immediately.

2 kiwi fruit
4 red plums
1 mango, peeled, halved and
stoned
2 bananas, peeled and thickly
sliced
8 strawberries, hulled
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp orange liqueur
