MASCARPONE PEACHES
 
Shred the peaches in half and remove the stones. If you are preparing this recipe in advance, press the peach halves together and wrap in clingfilm until required.
Mix the mascarpone cheese and pecans in a bowl until well combined. Leave to chill in the refrigerator until required.
Preheat the barbecue. Brush the peach halves with the oil. Cook over medium-hot coals, turning once, for6-10 minutes,
or until tender.
Transfer the peach halves to a serving dish and top with the mascarpone mixture. Drizzle the maple syrup over the peaches and serve immediately.

175 g/6 .oz mascarpone cheese
40 g/11/2 oz pecan nuts or walnuts,
chopped
1 tsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp maple syrup
