CHOCOLATE FONDUE

CHOCOLATE FONDUE
Preheat the barbecue. To make the fondue, place the chocolate and cream in a heavy-based saucepan and gently heat over low—medium coals, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted.
Stir in the brandy until thoroughly blended and the chocolate mixture is smooth.
Thread the marshmallows onto 6 metal or wooden skewers and dip into the chocolate fondue. Serve immediately.

250 g/9 oz plain chocolate,
broken into pieces
150 ml/5 fl oz double cream
2 tbsp brandy
