BANANA & CHOCOLATE  S’MORES

Preheat the barbecue. Thread two marshmallows onto each of the four metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers and toast over medium-hot coals, until they soften.

Slide the marshmallows from one of the skewers onto a cookie, top with a square of chocolate and a few slices of banana and sandwich together with another cookie. Repeat with the remaining cookies, marshmallows, banana slices and chocolate. Serve immediately.

8 chocolate chip cookies
4 squares dark chocolate
1 banana, thinly sliced
