LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Put 4-6 of the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the vodka, gin, tequila, rum, creme de menthe, lemon juice and sugar syrup over the ice, then shake vigorously until a frost forms.
Place the remaining cracked ice cubes in a chilled glass and strain the cocktail over them. Top up with cola and then decorate with a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
SERVES 1
10-12 cracked ice cubes
2 measures vodka
1 measure gin
1 measure white tequila
1 measure white rum
1/2 measure white creme de menthe
2 measures lemon juice
1 tsp sugar syrup
cola
lime wedge, to decorate
